Administrative Assistant
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming and listening to customers
- Work closely with brokers
- Data entry in multiple transaction systems
- Respect priorities and deadlines in processing requests
- Correspondence (letters, e-mails, telephone calls)
- Follow up on files: payment, documents to be received
- Respect the company’s values, mission, standards and procedures
Prerequisites for this position:
- Knowledge of the main office automation tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and software used in the company
- Excellent data entry skills (keyboarding, speed and accuracy)
- Organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail and quality
- Insurance experience (an asset)
- Customer service oriented
- Good autonomy and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of spoken and written French
- Bilingualism (English) an asset

Personal-lines damage insurance broker
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome, listen to and advise customers;
- Analyze needs, recommend the best product and offer the appropriate service;
- Seize sales and referral opportunities;
- Enter and update customer files;
- Enter activities into the system and customer file;
- Correspondence (letters, e-mails, telephone calls);
- Follow-up on files: payment, documents to be received;
- Communicate and negotiate with the insurer;
- Respect the company’s values, mission, standards and procedures;
- Keep up to date and informed.
Prerequisites for this position:
- Personal lines broker’s license (AMF);
- Knowledge of the main office automation tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and software used in the company
- Knowledge of major insurance systems (an asset);
- Customer service and goal-oriented;
- Excellent sales, negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Good autonomy and organizational skills;
- Problem-solving and priority management oriented;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written French
- Bilingual (English) one August;
- One (1) year’s experience in sales and/or customer service in personal property and casualty insurance (an asset).
